Finally! America will finally get a first hand view of the tawdry, dangerous and exciting life of the people who write parking tickets. Parking Wars is coming to A&E on Tuesday, January 8th.
The half hour show, which will be grabbing the 10:00 pm time slot, will show what the parking authority goes through as it tries to do its thankless job. The only thing that I think will save this show from being dull is that it is being shot filmed in Philadelphia, the argument capital of the world. As a Philadelphian, I know that, under the right conditions, even a pleasant encounter can turn into an irrational argument, so it may be entertaining to watch people when their cars are being booted, towed or ticketed by the PPA.
The only thing someone from Philly loves more than being in a fight, is watching a fight. I will be there on Tuesday.
