Every now and then someone happily comes up to you and makes an announcement, and the only thing that is left to say is, “Why?” Such is the case with this post.
Rapper Coolio will be getting his own six episode reality show that will be airing on the Oxygen network. For those of you who don’t know what the Oxygen network is, think of it as the other Lifetime network.
The show, entitled Coolio and the Gang, will be about the rapper’s life as a single father raising six kids, maintaining a music career (?), and launching a clothing line.

Three weeks into The Salt-n-Pepa show and I am still waiting for one of the girls to mention their DJ, Spinderella. Honestly, thinking back to the old days, I thought of Salt-n-Pepa as a group, a trio. Two girls who rapped and their DJ. The decent thing about it was that it was an all female group, including the DJ, which added to the whole vibe of female empowerment they put out. Would there have been a TLC without Salt-n-Pepa to pave the way? Doubt it.
So, now that there is a show that reunites the group, and has them working our their issues, where is Spinderella? Well, according to Spinderella, although she makes a guest appearance on the show, she was not told about the show. Spinderella, whose real name is Deidra Jones, feels that before the Salt-n-Pepa really reunite, they need to work things out with her.
Well, that really depends: is their reunion really about the music, or is it about the show and the money?
Those of you in the Hollywood area this Halloween can check Spin out at her Halloween Soiree. For more info, click here.

Last week, The Biggest Loser’s Neil delivered a blow to his new black, team by gaining 17 pounds of water weight. This was a devious plot to keep his old blue team members safe by ensuring the elimination of one of his black team members. The fallout of his actions got Jez sent home.
The only thing worse than a cheater is an obvious cheater, and Neil’s tactics don’t go over well with his trainer and fellow contestants. And on this week’s episode of the reality competition show, he finds out what people think of what he did.

It’s funny because I thought that he would be around a lot longer. I thought it would come down to him and Tailor Made in the final two; a kind of good vs. evil thing. But I should have known that he wouldn’t last long when last week he said that his hatred for Tailor Made surpassed his love for Tiffany. Not a good sign.
Sure enough, this week hatred won out over love and Ezra Masters roughed up the competition and was sent packing. Seems like Mr. Buddha keeps looking for love in all the wrong places, since he was also recently a contestant on BET’s reality dating show, Hell Date.
