Banks of “America’s Next Top Model” to be the Best Host, Tim Gunn of

“We didn’t think it was fair for such a popular genre of television to
be so sadly overlooked by the major award shows,” said Brian Masefield,

Ballots were available online over a month ago and hundreds of people
voted in categories ranging from “Best Host” to “Reality Show You Can
Actually Learn Something From.” The winners were selected by

Out’s categories,” said Masefield.
Simon Cowell, “American Idol” and “So You Think You Can Dance” were
also among the winners of their respective categories. For the complete
list of Winners (and runners-up), check out AllThePrettyPeople.com

Posted by Faith W on October 22, 2007

The 1990’s girl pop-group The Spice Girls were planning a reality show with VH1, but their legal representation has caused the deal to fall apart.

The U.K. band, who spawned such contributions to this decades pop culture, like David Beckham’s wife and Eddie Murphy’s baby’s mama, were going to work with VH1 to find the best tribute band to themselves, but resistance from their lawyers have pretty much left the idea dead in the water.
