Paris Hilton on U.K. Reality Show

 

Okay, here’s what I want: Paris Hilton to star in a revival of the 1970’s crime drama, Police Woman. She plays Angie Dickinson’s character, Pepper Anderson, and she cruises the gritty city streets, all quasi-hard-assed, solving crimes.

But, I don’t think that show is ever going to happen. But what will happen is that next month Paris will be one of the celebrity participants on the U.K. reality show, I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here. Paris will be spending 23 days in a jungle with a handful of other celebs with not much else to do. And like them, she will get paid for it. And I’m glad, because quite frankly, an heiress has to make a living.

According to Now Magazine, Paris thinks that being on the British show will help her socialite image, because she is willing to hang out in the wild, despite her dislike of bugs and snakes.

I think she’s wrong. If she wants to show she’s tough, she should star in Police Woman.

Big Brother 8’s Amber on the Next Top Model?

Rumor has it that Tyra Banks is going in a different direction from the ultra-glam young women she has been choosing for past contestants in America’s Next Top Model. For the tenth cycle of the reality competition show, Tyra was noted as saying, “I want the next ANTM to show off the beauty of the average women. There are so many beautiful women in the world I want them to celebrate this beauty.”

But I thought Amber thought she has above average beauty!

There is talk that she will either be making a guest appearance, or possibly compete. So far, the producers will not confirm or deny the rumor. So, I guess we will have to wait and see.
